My project is a site-specific, temporary summer installation intended for Bredängstorget, which culminated in an exploration of how a biodegradable and fragile material can be represented in an urban environment. Tree resin is the material I have worked with, where I have explored its characteristics, possibilities, and limitations. Inspiration for the new forms of tree resin has come from the surrounding urban landscape and nature. At the same time, the fragility of the material is reflected in the installation, which over time will change and eventually disappear from the site.
