State of Day is a design proposal for a watch that uses existing light to gradually reveal the passage of time, by distinguishing and highlighting the five different stages of light a day consists of: Day, Civil Twilight, Nautical Twilight, Astronomical Twilight, Night.

The project is based on mechanical watchmaking and participates in the discussion on mental health.
