\nI am fascinated by how quickly rumours start when someone stops caring about their lawn, and the envy when someone rolls out a brand-new lawn in their garden. The battle against weeds, the manic mowing, the coexistence with dandelions, the bare patches: the great variation of the artificial plant communities that capture my interest.
